Andrew “Drew” Bufalini is a freelance writer and user experience designer. He has worked in advertising, software development, healthcare marketing, social media, and content strategy. He has a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado and certificates in User Experience Design from Google and Content Strategy from Northwestern University.
