Singer icons Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga released their second album on Columbia Records to much acclaim, which is retired Bennett’s farewell song. It won the 2022 Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year. All the songs on the album are Cole Porter standards. Bennett’s has 20 Grammys and Lady Gaga’s has 13 Grammys.

Five time Grammy winner Esperanza Spaulding released her eighth studio album on Concord Records. It won the 2022 Grammy Award for Best Jazz Vocal Album. Spaulding is a bass player and singer-songwriter who performs in the genres of jazz, jazz fusion, bossa nova, neo-soul, and R&B. She teaches music at Berklee College of Music and Harvard University.
